- Located on 1.8548 acre site
- Late Victorian industrial use with mixed features
including gothic window details, beaux arts influence,
and polychromatic effect in stone.
- Designed using natural materials including
rose-colored soft Mount Gretna brick, granite, and
sandstone.
- First and second floor exterior is brick, while the
ground floor walls are stone.
- Interior includes chestnut wainscoting, teller window
bars, vaults, a safe, and other attributes of the era.
- Over 100 new windows updated the original
wood-framed windows. Palladian windows and transom
over front door were restored.
